our worship
Praise and Worship
We begin our services with approximately 30 minutes of praise and worship. The words to the songs are projected on the screen at the front of the church. We encourage freedom of expression in worship, so we may clap, lift our hands, dance or shout.
Offering
The offering is an opportunity for members and friends of CCCN to support this ministry. As a guest, do not feel obligated to participate. Instead, please fill out the guest card and place it into the offering basket or give it to an usher. This will help us to stay in contact with you.
Teaching
Our teaching text is taken from the Bible, and the message is usually given by our Senior Pastor, Duane Flemming. Occasionally, we have guest speakers. The teaching typically lasts about an hour. Click here for a list of archived sermons.
Ministry
There will be a time of ministry during which the Ministry Team members from CCCN will be available to pray with you regarding specific needs or concerns you may have.
Why do we worship the way that we do?
The Bible tells us to love the Lord with all our heart, soul, mind and strength. Since worshipping God in this way implies one's total being, we encourage a style of worship that is energetic, yet reverent. This is scriptural, and we believe it is appropriate to allow for expression in our midst. Please see Mark 12:30, Psalm 47:1, Psalm 95:6, Psalm 149:3.
